Amazing staff. They really do go the extra mile. The woman owner (can't remember her name) walked us to the closest electronics store to purchase a powerplug converter. The next morning we asked her to call a cab so she ran through the rain to hail one for us. Unbelievable. She's amazing. \ The rooms and facilities are super clean and very comfortable. Remember this is a budget hotel but it was among the best we've stayed in - ever. Highly recommend it.

Very nice and helpful people running this Ryokan. No problem to leave the bags there already from early in the morning upon arrival (before check-in) and they helped us to make reservations for a museum. Always with a smile.

The hotel was perfectly fine, I appreciated neat rooms and very friendly staff. The room with a tv. The venue was set in the central position so close to sights and shopping areas and HIROSHIMA, NICE LOCATION, CLOSE TO EVERYHING IN HIROSHIMA. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Hiroshima.

The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from Peace Memorial Park, A-Bomb Dom, ferries to Miyajima and Ondori shopping area. The owner speaks very poor english but tries to do her best to help so this was OK. Very large room.
Not much details are paid to the decoration, somewhat old-fashioned and not really cosy.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Lovely large simple room at a very good price. Owner was very friendly and gave us plenty of space. Only really saw here when arriving and leaving. Only a few other guests, which made it a very relaxing, quiet retreat at the end of the day.
Only one single occupancy shower\bath room shared between all rooms. Not really an issue and never had to wait, but doesn't compare well with other Ryokans. However, this is reflected in the price and there are toilets and sinks on each floor, so was never an issue. Aircon in the rooms but not turned on in the hallways, which were really really warm. I can entirely understand why (not many guests when we stayed, expensive electricity at the moment and it was very hot by day).

Staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and told us how to take a tram to the train station instead of wasting money on a taxi. The water pressure in the shower and bath was excellent. The A-Bomb Dome and museum are close by -- a ten minute walk -- and shopping and restaurants are surrounding the hotel.
The rooms are a bit run down, but clean and very spacious.
